I hired the firm Tully Rinckey to handle my case against the Postal Service. I sent them all the paperwork I had and separated for them for the attorneys and the paralegals, and even e-mailed them and spoke with them over the phone.

The attorney handling my case listened more to what the Postal lawyer had to say, and recommended I take what the Postal Service offered! The original bill was almost $800 for the "work" they performed, and I was under the impression they would be sending back the balance of the funds.

It took them two weeks, and "mysterious" other hours "worked", for a total of over $1500 to tell me there is nothing they can do. They have done great work for other people, in all fairness, but the attorneys that were assigned to my case were incompetent and lazy, in my opinion.

There is a guy in Dallas, name of Chris Attig. You might want to give him a try.

Hey, Who's handling your clearance case?

I'm thinking of hiring them for my SCI denial appeal. Chris Graham was the guy I get an email from.

Was it him? If they aren't responsive I may look elsewhere...

The attorney's name was Matt (I forget his last name), and he had an assisting attorney; her name is Stephanie Hosea.

Do you remember which attorney you had assigned to you case? I'm currently working through a security clearance issue with them and they haven't provided me anything at all..

even very poor feedback when i'm down to the wire.

I've got to call them multiple time ot get information... even when down to a 24 hour deadline.

AWFUL firm. Cant say it enough.

Take your money and hand off your entire case to overworked underpaid paralegals. They are offering partnerships to 30 year old "highly qualified" attorneys whom themselves are overworked and do to the fact that there is zero person to person interaction operate on the really don't care attitude. I have never seen attorneys more passive and more agreeable to the opposing counsel. I spent a small fortune for them to write a letter I could have written myself.

I hate to sound like sour grapes but if I could save one person from making the MASSIVE mistake I made with them then this comment is worth it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from big growing law firms you are just a dollar sign your life, your family, your good name mean absolutely NOTHING to these people.
