Tully Rinckey - Horrible experience
My story begins all the way beck in 2008, when I hired the law firm to represent me in an employment case. The original lawyer who took my case left the law firm, I was told everything would be fine.
I got shuffled around to a few attorneys and was never kept in the loop. On a few occasions I was asked to visit the office to sign some paperwork. All the time I was told I had a great case and not to worry.Well when it was all said and done and their was a summary judgment in favor of my employer, you would think they would call to let me know. Nope I was sent an e-mail, an impersonal e-mail basically saying it was over and if I wanted to appeal it would cost.No phone call!
I wish I went with my gut feeling and switched attorneys. No bankrupt and homeless I would like to personaly thank you guys!

the lawyer that was assign to my case had told me to trust him that he had my best interest at heart and really suckered me in when he quoted his oath to defend me. Well he didn't he allowed the judge to put sanctions against me that the law doesn't even allow my lawyer was more concern about his law career than my case. I found out later that he was not even a criminal defense lawyer he was doing house closings and traffic court for the firm before my case they should be ashamed of their firm 7400 dollars and a line of *** I trusted them and I got well you know what im saying
Imagine if everyone who lost a case came to pissed consumer LOL....you win some you lose some. If you were not happy with the outcome, don't use the law services again, find someone else. It doesn't seem you have a true complaint here.
So let's get this straight -- the firm took your case, on a contingency basis, with no cost to you whatsoever, paid for filing fees, transcription services, experts, disclosure, and administration fees, paid the salaries of the paralegals, secretaries, investigators, and associates who worked on your case (instead of billing any of these items to you) while incurring 100% of the risk, and you're upset that your case ultimately didn't win. The fact that your case didn't settle before summary judgment means that the defense thought your case was a loser.
It probably was a loser -- but your attorneys took their best shot and lost.
Too bad for you - but the best attorneys in the world can't change a bad set of facts.
The fact of the matter is in the begging of the case, I had lined up people that would testify on my behalf. Those same people that could have been used to show the facts of the case, were named as defendants in the case.
After telling the attorneys how they made an error.
They proceeded with the case against people they should not have. Not being a liar and at the deposition I told the truth, not the lies they wanted me to tell.
lies... yes

The truth of the matter is if you have to troll sites like the pissed consumer, something is probably wrong in the first place. Try being honest and sincere, not some robo response to yet another pissed consumer. As far as not being unable to verify who the person is means you must have wronged more than one person and that Sir is sad.
